December Volunteer Opportunities

Holiday helpers are needed to chaperon field trips, and assist with the Reindeer Workshop, the Holiday Feast for 1st, 2nd,and 5th grade, and Holiday Parties. The success of these events depends on our willingness to serve. Please sign-up by replying to the contact person listed below.

3rd Grade Field Trip – Fernbank History Center
Date: Wednesday, Nov. 30th
Time: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
Duties: Chaperons

Reindeer Workshop
Dates: Monday Dec 5th – Friday, Dec. 9th
Time:  8:30 am -10:00 am (Monday & Friday), 8:15-2:00 (Tuesday & Thursday), 5:00p-7:30p (Thursday)
Duties: Set-up (Monday), Sales (Tuesday – Thursday), Breakdown (Friday)

1st Grade Field Trip – The Legacy Theatre
Date: Thursday, Dec. 8th
Time: 8:15 am – 11:00 pm
Duties: Chaperons

Holiday Feast
Date: Friday, Dec. 9th
Time: 10:45 – 12:45
Duties: Several volunteers needed to serve lunch in the cafeteria.

Time: 1:15 – 2:00
Duties: Assist Room Parents/Teachers with setup, serving snacks, and clean-up.
