October Volunteer Opportunities

The Dolphin Volunteer Program is off to a great start. Parents, grandparents, and friends of North Fayette have been very busy volunteering. In addition to the ongoing volunteer opportunities in the classrooms and media center, volunteers are needed for the following events in October:

Fall Outdoor Clean-up
Date: Saturday, Oct. 15th
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Duties: Beautifying the outside of NFES.

Bus Driver Appreciation
Date: Monday, Oct. 17th & Thursday, Oct.20th
Time: 7:00 am on both days
Duties: Assembling and handing out goodie bags &biscuits to the bus drivers.

NED Show Yo-Yo Sale
Date: Wednesday, Oct. 18th through Wednesday, Oct.25th
Time: 7:15 – 7:40 am and 2:00 - 2:15 pm each day
Duties:  Two to Three volunteers needed for each time slot to help sell yo-yos.

Fall Character Day Parties
Date: Monday, October 31st
Time: 1:15 – 2:00
Duties: Assist room parents with the planning &execution of classroom parties.
